Founder
RDM Capital was founded by Roddy MacPhee and remains a privately-owned business.
Before establishing RDM Capital, Roddy served as Special Advisor to CBRE Hotels and RBS on the sale of the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane for £470 million (the largest ever single asset hotel transaction in Europe).
Prior to this, Roddy was directly responsible for originating, structuring and transacting real estate, hotel and leisure opportunities for London & Regional Properties founder and renowned private property investor, Richard Livingstone.
Roddy began his career as an investment banker with Lazard & Co. in London, serving in its Merger & Acquisitions, Private Placements and Capital Markets departments.
Roddy holds a First Class Honours degree from Oriel College, Oxford University and is a Member of the Eaton Square Residents Association (ESRA) and The Belgravia Society.
