RDM Capital acted as sole arranger of finance between Cheyne Capital and a private client for the refinance and fit out of a luxury internationally branded hotel in central London. The financing represents RDM Capital’s second major financing with Cheyne Capital in less than a year. Details of the asset and financing are to remain confidential.
