RDM Capital acted as sole arranger of finance between Angelo Gordon, Beltane Asset Management and DRC Capital for the acquisition and redevelopment of Marylebone House, a 62,000 sqft freehold office in London’s West End. The former HQ of Arcadia will undergo a full-scale refurbishment, extension and partial redevelopment and represents the seventh acquisition which Angelo Gordon and Beltane Asset Management have completed together.
