RDM Capital acted as sole arranger for a £75 million financing between a consortium of German institutional investors (advised by co-investors, Deutsche Finance International and Yoo Capital) and Natwest Markets and Bank of Ireland for further investment into prime Central London real estate. The financing brings the aggregate capital arranged for the client over the last 6 months to £200 million.
