RDM Capital acted as sole arranger of joint venture equity capital between Valorem Investment Partners and Ekistics Property Advisors for the off-market acquisition of a prime freehold site in Dublin, Ireland. Located in the heart of “Dublin 8”, the site will be redeveloped into 80,000 sqft of Grade A Offices with ground floor retail.
