RDM Capital has successfully exited its co-investment in The Eight building in Dublin, Ireland. Located in the heart of ‘Dublin 8’, the 80,000 sq ft sustainable grade A office scheme (certified LEED Gold) was developed by Valorem Investment Partners and Revelate Capital in joint venture with funds advised by Ekistics Property Advisors and sold to Patrizia (on behalf of its institutional clients) for €60 million.

RDM Capital acted as sole arranger of finance between Topland Group, Beltane Asset Management and Starwood Property Trust for the development of Verdant, a 135,000 sqft office located in the City of London at 150 Aldersgate Street and 3-4 Bartholomew Place. The sustainability-focused scheme, which will feature green roofs and terraces on all floors, marks the first project which Topland and Beltane Asset Management have undertaken together.
